Like him or not, 12S needs him. He's like the black part of the oreo cookie, you wish it wasn't there but you'd miss it if they got rid of it.

I would tend to agree with you Caffeine, LG is one of the folks who's knowledge and talent I have grown to have the utmost respect for over the years... no matter what the flame was happening, he could set shit aside and give someone a helpful answer in the design forum... amazed me, seriously amazed me time and time again



Yet, on the otherhand, something inside me wonders WTF happened...

It feels too strange speaking about a person who is in the room as if they are not present...

Question: do you even care what anyone thinks LG?

Bring back LG, but make hime wear a humiliating sig for a couple of weeks.

I agree LG should be brought back, but something should be done. You can't forcibly change a person, but this is becoming unacceptable if people others care about start leaving.

While it's true that he has the capacity to be helpful and extremely funny, he also has the capacity to troll with great skill and bring out the worst qualities in a lot of people.

It's not just one thread, and it's an increasing level of open hostility that really isn't needed or appreciated. He was spoken to by several people but didn't want to play nice. Like any little girl that is acting out, a time-out is needed.

Of course, like any little girl, if the time-out doesn't work we'll just have to kill it with a hammer and wear its skin around the house.

Who amongst us is so naive to think that we can make it through life, or a forum, without encountering complete assholes? If LG is the worst you've encountered then you need to get out into the real world more.

Being LG free for a couple days now, does anyone think 12S is a better place? I find it odd that 25% of the vote is to keep LG banned, but nobody has posted that point of view.

He's not banned. He can post in purgatory as much as he wants. Just like diode.

I wish he would post here....then i'd post here. Everyone would start posting random stuff here (since this is defined as not being policed). All of the sudden this suddenly becomes the new WFG and then....and then....oh, my, god! Now what?

I don't think we needed to be LG free as you say, if he'd have just chilled the fuck out once in a while—taken a hint maybe—it would have accomplished the same thing

I'm not going to vote just to see how many's in the tally...

I for one appreciate being confronted with things I don't want to hear and would rather have an asshole on my doorstep than one waiting in the bushes.

For the most part we're a bunch of geeks living privelaged lives... yet we still get our backs up whenever someone crosses one of own conveniently defined boundaries. boo-fucking-hoo.
