arigato on your way to work part 2

based on ernieweaaselfat's sequence thread. This time, one shot only.

Here's mine, the setting moon:

7:45 am, stopped at a light by train tracks (hence the open vista), looking toward the northern suburbs from the mixed residential/ light industrial area I work in.

it's hard to get a great shot of the moon, it always ends up further away in a photo

What, no takers? Is everyone unemployed now?

tenPlus

we're all on holiday

Kirra

I'm unemployed, AND I live on campus, so going to school doesn't really work either.

ernieweaselfat

Cool shot.

The midway point between where I park my bike and walk to the subway, a shotengai full of pachinko parlours, takoyaki stands and karaoke.

nothing like a big green cock to brighten up your morning, eh?

Icebus - very exotic. It must be weird. Or are you totally used to it by now?

Nottingham arboretum. This is the way I go when I'm too lazy to walk the whole way... the bus stop is on one side, my office is on the other.

We've had sunny mornings for the past couple weeks, bloody typical the one time I take my camera out, it clouds over....

Oh well, at least the clouds made for another decent tree shot for the collection:

There is actually a crow flying just below the centre of the shot. I tried to get a bunch of different shots of him... d'oh.

arigato

looks llike England form here.
wink

Surprusingly verdant - you know how November is around here.
Lots of cold rain, hard frost, and light snow.
