One of my old clients in New Jersey needs a website. He videotapes local city council meetings and wants to have a library of them available on a site. Several municipalities will be included. Users should be able to go straight to a specific agenda item in a meeting, based on a listed agenda.
I have no idea of his budget, but he paid me well when I did his site, and he pays his hosting on time.
