Stmoo Another attempt at retouching!

Hi, guys.

I abandoned that last retouching project for two reasons:

1) It was well hard
2) It was for my EX girlfriend!

That said, your advice was invaluable and was not in vain.

I have attempted another one:

It was nowhere near as hard as the original one. Anyway - I know there is loads still to do but I would like your opinion on how I am doing. My main problem was the girl's hair.

I should also add that using layers is MINT!

And I LOVE the polygonal lasso tool which I only just discovered!

Looks good. Here's what I often do on areas like the boy's hair that you trimmed, since it can leave an unnaturally smooth transition to the background: use the Smudge brush, set to maybe 40% and a small size of a few pixels, then smudge from the hair toward the background to create some new, semi-random hair.
