anyone have experience with email list management tools that will capture the persons optin email address and zip code (or IP i guess?) and then in the backend you can use that info for emailing people in just certain regions?
I'm doing a lil site for a buddy of mine who is a touring artist and I'd love to be able to capture peoples zip codes when they sign up so he can target regions when he is in their area instead of emailing people on the list in California when he's in NYC for a show.
