interesting - i'd LOVE to be able to test one of those. They had a tidbit on the side of the article too that caught my eye:
"Specs are already circulating for a 22-megapixel cellphone camera, and within a few years 300-megapixel sensors will be no problem."

Yeah, it's definitely cool. Still a few years out before the chips become cheap enough to make them feasible, and the lens pool will have to build up, but it will definitely be interesting to see how the technology matures.
