For any of you (like me) who are worried that you're falling behind by not being AS3 proficient yet...

I just finished a contract with a big agency doing a flash site for one of the largest cereal manufacturers in the world. I opened up the site to see the code they had already started and found (you guessed it) AS1.

I was revered as a god for coding in class files.

That is all.

There's a lot of bullshitters in our industry so expect that situation more and more, but I am proud of 12sers being professionals.

So many times I wanted to add this to the code of a project I was handed to make "minor revisions."

It's nice when you blow someone away with superior technical knowledge.... unfortunately it seems to be something that Lithium does t me on a daily basis.
