Could not load scene into memory...

Blaise Could not load scene into memory...

So I've been working on a massive FLA (76mb!) for the past couple of weeks in partnership with another developer. Just recently whenever I open it I get an error...

Could not load scene into memory. Your document may be damaged

That doesn't sound good to me frown

I've browsed the Googlenet and it seems that it may be something to do with corrupt library elements, but I've personally not added anything to it recently and I know my colleague hasn't added that much.

Before I go trawling through my library arbitrarily deleting stuff, has anyone come across this before, know the reasons for it or how to to fix it?

Cheers,

Blaise.

FIXED!

So it was a problem with a corrupt library item, luckily it was only something small.

We had a button image that add been added to the stage via an imported PNG, strangely it was invisible on the stage (hence corrupted) so we deleted it from the library, reimported it and voila no more errors big grin

Thanks for listening...

Traditional fix: open your .fla. copy all frames, create a new fla, paste all frames. Fixes many similar problems.

However.. 76mb .fla, WTF?

It must take 5 minutes to publish.

Split it up, and load in each section as a seperate .swf.

You are asking for incredibly long , shitty, QA.
