AD and I went to see Iron Man this past weekend. It was very good, best movie I have seen in a long time.

Robert Downey Jr was perfect for Tony Stark.

If you go see it, sit through the credits.


Did anyone else see this?

Saw it a couple of weeks ago, and for the most part I really enjoyed it. I felt it went downhill in the last 20 minutes or so, though: I don't want to post spoilers but the choice of ending was a bit weak and unimaginative.

However, I did think it was a good movie, plenty of action and well-acted too.

Now, I liked the very ending. But I was slightly confused, I had to ask AD if that was actually allowed to happen. Because it hadn't happened in anything else i had ever watched.

I now need to read some of the comic books.

Iron Man was teh_awesmoe!!!!

iron man fucking ruled. probably my favorite comic book movie next to the first spiderman and hellboy. the ending was a little weak but the sequel should be cool if they have terrence howard as war-machine.

also, sam jackson as nick fury is GAY.
exact same role that he sucked in in xxx. they shoulda got someone who at least looks like him. george clooney in an eyepatch woulda been cooler.

WOW! the movie blew away my expectations for a comic hero movie...

but it's pretty hard to believe Stark miniaturized that gigajoule energy source in a cave in Afghanistan. I mean it's about the size of a flux capacitor!!!!

I went to see a dance show the other day, anyone in London area go see - "in the hood" a hiphop dance comedy with good use of video.

That's what I thought at first, but perhaps Marvel will be going for Ultimate Nick Fury?
