When did this take effect?

- SWF Banner hosted on site 1
- HTML hosted on site 2
- HTML pulls SWF from site 1, linking to site 3
- getURL button does NOT WORK

samplewebsite1.com/banner02x.html -- NOT clickable
xdude.com/temp/banner02.swf -- clickable

I've tried it with regular old HTML code, and SWFObject, to no avail. omgwtf?!
